Planter
Form borders of natural beauty and vibrant color on your patio or deck with this traditional patio planter. The Mayne Rectangle Polyethylene Fairfield Patio Planter features a traditional framed-panel design with decorative molding on the top and bottom. This planter is designed with an innovative sub-irrigation system, which reduces the frequency of watering by storing water in the base of the planter. The built-in water reservoir encourages healthy plant growth by allowing roots to absorb water as they need it from troughs in the bottom of the planter. That means you'll spend less time tending your plants and more time admiring your blooms.
This attractive rectangle planter is made of high-grade polyethylene, which is a durable, low-maintenance material for all-season use. The planter looks like wood but requires none of the maintenance that outdoor wood planters need, such as painting and re-sealing.

I would recommend this product to others
Purchased this product to plant flowers in our church garden. Beautiful addition!! I would recommend this product to others. Just ordered deck seating with smaller planters like the two previously ordered.

This was just what I needed to fill a space. I put a trellis behind it. I am trying to hide a spot on a wall, and there is room for plenty of dirt so that the plants can grow without daily watering.

We received our two planters in perfect
Condition about 2-3 days after ordering
- so fast! Plus, I love that they were fully
Assembled & ready to plant. They, also,
Came with full instructions to assist you
with your planting. We ordered the planters
in the clay color and it was just as it was
Shown t on-line. I can't say enough about
our two rectangular planter but if you're look-
Ing for planters that are extremely durable
and will look great on your front porch then
hurry up and place your order. You won't
be disappointed.

Comments about Mayne Rectangle Polyethylene Fairfield Patio Planter:
This is the 7th Mayne planter product that I have purchased. Last year I bought 5 of their red window boxes with the watering system and was so pleased that I felt confident in purchasing two more planters this year. My only complaint is that Mayne doesn't make this large planter in red to match my windowboxes, but the clay color is neutral enough that I can live with it. I felt the packaging could have been sturdier, but the 2 planters arrived undamaged despite the fact the boxes had holes in them and the packing tape was coming off.

Comments about Mayne Rectangle Polyethylene Fairfield Patio Planter:
I recommend this product. It is built well and looks good. I hope the looks will stay for an extended period given good quality material of built. I bought this for the water retention system which is not available in planters from other brands. Also, it does not give a plastic feel from a distance which is a good thing.

Comments about Mayne Rectangle Polyethylene Fairfield Patio Planter:
We received the 4 we ordered very quickly and had them filled and placed the same day. They arrived in good condition with the optional overflow hole already pre-drilled which was great. The water reservoir is a great feature that should help some plants that don't get a lot of rain on a hot sunny side of the house under eaves. We bought the clay color rather than white as we hope it won't show as much dirt but if there had been a grey color we would have purchased that.
