I bought this because I live in a climate that gets quite cold in the winter. I wanted to keep growing my herbs in the winter. This keeps in humidity (with a pan of water on the bottom rack) and keeps my cats uninterested from chewing. I have my aloe vera and little started lemon trees in there as well. All seem to be doing OK until summer comes around and I can get them back in natural sunlight and weather. I plan to start seedlings for tomatoes in the spring too.

I purchased this for vegetable gardening. This product would be great were it not for the PVC covering which has torn along the seams of the top tubes after only 6 months of use. I have the greenhouse against the west side of my house. The evening sun apparently is too much for the PVC in southern zones.
Also, its fairly light and blows over easily. Wall anchors would be a nice addition. I have the bottom row weighted with 4 bricks and it still blows over.

I love this little greenhouse ! I've had mine for many years ! After I'm done with it in the Spring, I take it apart and store it for another year. I had to make a new box to store it in. The frame is as sturdy as the day I bought it and I'm not exagerating by saying it's been probably 15 years! Now, my question is, where can I get a new plastic for it ? The hot and cold weather is tough on plastic and I've taped about as much as I can.

Purchased two - one for me one for a Christnas Gift, they arrived in just a few days - very fast. Within minutes I put mine together the got on computer and ordered anoter for another Christmas gift. If still available in the spring will be ordering 3 more so we each have 2. Wonderful = I only wish the plastice was also at the bottom so rack would sit inside with a lip at bottom and zip closed, maybe a window on side.
